Backend Software Engineer, Machine Learning Platform, AI Infrastructure

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$132,000 - $390,000/year

What you'll do:

• Develop and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions for AI research.
• Implement best practices and monitoring systems for production environments.
• Collaborate with the machine learning team on tools and infrastructure.
• Coordinate resources to maintain high availability of cluster hardware.

What you'll bring:

• Expertise in scalable distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Python/Go and Linux.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and message brokers.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD flows.
• Knowledge of machine learning and HPC clusters.
