Engineering Program Manager

This role is based in Austin, Texas.

What you'll do:

• Lead the full design and engineering of Tesla facilities from concept through production launch.
• Gather and develop a deep understanding of stakeholder requirements.
• Drive the formation of internal and external engineering teams.
• Own the execution of high-quality engineering deliverables essential for procurement and construction activities.
• Develop and own detailed engineering program schedules.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
