Engineering Program Manager, Megapack

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$112,000 - $253,200/year

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various teams to manage engineering projects for Industrial Energy Products.
• Oversee product cost and quality improvements.
• Create and present schedules for engineering design and manufacturing readiness.
• Manage change control and configuration management.
• Facilitate build planning and execution across different phases.

Requirements:

• Experience leading complex engineering programs.
• Understanding of engineering product design cycle and manufacturing processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
