Group Manager, Energy Transformers & Switchgear, Supply Chain

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$112,000 - $246,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead Supply Chain Managers in setting commodity strategies and managing supplier relationships.
• Coach and mentor team members on cost negotiations and sourcing proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals and new program launches.
• Hire and onboard new employees to ensure effective operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor a cohesive team.
• Experience in contract negotiations and supplier resourcing.
