Internship, AI Engineer, Self-Driving (Spring 2026)

This internship role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$100k-$150k/year + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Train large-scale foundation and generative models.
• Improve data engine for high-quality dataset curation.
• Design AI systems for better planning and reasoning.
• Collaborate with a team to apply research findings to real-world challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and modern neural network architectures.
• Experience in deploying production ML models at scale.
