Internship, Embedded System Software Engineer, Energy Engineering (Summer 2026)

This internship is based in Palo Alto, California and is expected to start in May 2026, lasting through the summer term.

Compensation:

$20.00 - $50.00/hour + benefits

What you'll do:

• Deliver high quality system-level software for various hardware components.
• Collaborate with teams across the company including Hardware, Applications, QA, Validation, and Manufacturing.
• Develop test strategies and test plans with validation teams.
• Driver development and board bring-up on Embedded Linux.

What you'll bring:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with firmware development and debugging.
• Familiarity with Linux build environments and communication standards.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Go, and Python.
