Internship, Integration Platforms Program Manager, Vehicle Firmware (Summer 2026)

This internship is based in Palo Alto, California and is expected to start in May 2026, continuing through summer 2026.

Compensation:

$36.06 - $56.13/hour + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fleet testing and validation improvements.
  • Coordinate software OTA rollout to the engineering fleet of prototype vehicles.
  • Facilitate engineering vehicle allocation and logistics.
  • Support defining test metrics and tracking progress.
  • Design and maintain processes for engineering vehicle lifecycles.
  • Coordinate prototype hardware retrofit campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Management, or related field with graduation between August 2026 – August 2027.
  • Resourceful and able to drive solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced R&D environment.
  • Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Confluence.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals and product development lifecycle.
