Internship, Power Electronics Mechanical Engineer, Energy Engineering (Summer 2026)

This internship is based in Palo Alto, California and is expected to start in May 2026, continuing through the summer term.

Compensation:

$20.00 - $50.00/hour + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Modeling and design of mechanical components and assemblies.
• Mechanical design analysis including thermal, CFD, and structural.
• Collaborate with engineers to take designs from prototype through mass production.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with 3D mechanical design tools (e.g., CATIA, ANSYS).
• Knowledge of materials used in mechanical design.
