Internship Recruiter, North America Internship Team

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$84,000 - $168,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions; review resumes, conduct searches, and pre-screen candidates daily.
• Collaborate with recruiters and management to identify hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear communication.
• Create excellent onboarding and interview experiences for new candidates.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience hiring 20+ individuals per season.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Experience sourcing and interviewing candidates through multiple channels.
