Manufacturing Development Program

This role is based in Reno, Nevada.

What to Expect:

The Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) includes 4 weeks of coursework at Truckee Meadows Community College focused on automation, production processes, and technical problem-solving.

What You'll Do:

• Complete standard work processes and follow instructions.
• Operate complex manufacturing equipment under supervision.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain professionalism.
