Production Engineering Manager, General Assembly, Megafactory

This role is based in Brookshire, Texas, with 90% travel to the Bay Area, California.

What you'll do:

• Develop and lead a high-performing team of engineers and technicians.
• Oversee equipment installation, startup, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment and processes.
• Support 24x7 operations.

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with automation and lean manufacturing principles.
