This role is based in Robstown, Texas.

What you'll do:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain refinery operational and compliance programs.
  • Establish program frameworks, procedures, workflows, and documentation standards.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate program rollouts, updates, and training across refinery departments.
  • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
  • Participate in incident investigations.

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in refinery, petrochemical, or chemical plant operations, or 5+ years in related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of refinery process units and safety principles.
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
