Program Manager, People Systems & Analytics

Location: Palo Alto, California

Compensation:

$72,000 - $198,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Analyze current processes and systems for improvements.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Conduct data analysis and create presentations for business decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in program management or strategy development.
