Responsibilities:
- Manage and measure impact of initiatives and strategies through weekly reporting.
- Identify areas for improvement on a territory level.
- Develop detailed reports for business and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with HQ Teams, Field teams, and Territory leaders.
- Plan events for team meetings and business generation events.
- Work with Sales and Delivery team members to address operational blockers.
- Adapt to new business needs as they arise.
