Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to assess talent requirements and advise on hiring strategies.
• Utilize various techniques to discover and attract passive talent.
• Conduct thorough behavioral interviews to assess candidates.
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in high volume.
• Proven track record in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
• Strong relationship management skills with hiring teams.
• Interest in technology and continuous learning.
