Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to assess talent requirements and advise on hiring strategy.
• Utilize various techniques to discover and attract passive talent.
• Conduct behavioral-based interviews to assess candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience.
• Proven track record in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
• Experience in relationship management with hiring teams.
• Genuine interest in technology and continuous learning.
• Skilled in offer negotiation and aware of employment legislation.
