Compensation:

$64,000 - $126,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to assess talent requirements and advise on hiring strategies.
• Utilize various techniques to attract passive talent.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and phone screens.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with sourcers to enhance candidate and client experience.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
• Experience in relationship management with hiring teams.
• Skilled in offer negotiation and aware of employment legislation.
• Combination of corporate and agency experience preferred.
