$96,800 - $217,200/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the simulation roadmap, prioritizing features and resource allocation.
  • Assist engineering teams with high-fidelity simulation tools and models.
  • Coordinate requests between AI and physics engine development teams.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify gaps in simulation capabilities.
  • Track program milestones and manage risks.
  • Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder workshops.
  • Explore emerging technologies to enhance simulation innovation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in program management, ideally in simulation or AI.
  • Strong understanding of simulation technologies and physics engines.
  • Proven ability to execute technical roadmaps using agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for bridging technical teams.
  • Familiarity with AI simulation challenges.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-stakes setting.
