Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the simulation roadmap, prioritizing features and resource allocation.
- Assist engineering teams with high-fidelity simulation tools and models.
- Coordinate requests between AI and physics engine development teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify gaps in simulation capabilities.
- Track program milestones and manage risks.
- Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder workshops.
- Explore emerging technologies to enhance simulation innovation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in program management, ideally in simulation or AI.
- Strong understanding of simulation technologies and physics engines.
- Proven ability to execute technical roadmaps using agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for bridging technical teams.
- Familiarity with AI simulation challenges.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-stakes setting.
