Software Engineer, Backend, Applicant Tracking System

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$140,000 - $210,000/year

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core and C#.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for integration.
• Implement messaging solutions with RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Write SQL queries in MySQL for data management.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in .NET and C#.
• Experience with SQL, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in an agile environment.
