What to Expect:

The Pathway to START Program offers a longer training runway for those with limited or no automotive experience who want to work with their hands and learn the trade.

What You'll Do:

  • Learn and understand all Tesla vehicle products
  • Participate in team-based activities, virtual lectures, and onsite service center shadowing
  • Follow safety protocols at all times
  • Learn the fundamentals of using basic hand tools
  • Complete daily & weekly curriculum objectives
  • Maintain a professional rapport with instructors and management
  • Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Commit to a minimum of 40 hours a week for training
  • Maintain 100% attendance throughout the program

What You'll Bring:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to relocate for the START program after completion

Compensation and Benefits:

As a full-time Tesla Intern, you will be eligible for various benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), and more.
