This role is based in Miami, Florida.
What to Expect:
The Pathway to START Program offers a longer training runway for those with limited or no automotive experience who want to work with their hands and learn the trade.
What You'll Do:
- Learn and understand all Tesla vehicle products
- Participate in team-based activities, virtual lectures, and onsite service center shadowing
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Learn the fundamentals of using basic hand tools
- Complete daily & weekly curriculum objectives
- Maintain a professional rapport with instructors and management
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities
- Commit to a minimum of 40 hours a week for training
- Maintain 100% attendance throughout the program
What You'll Bring:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to relocate for the START program after completion
