Sr. Architectural Designer

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$116,000 - $210,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Maintain space planning team design process workflow
• Develop design efforts for infrastructure and workplace development from concept to delivery
• Collaborate in feasibility studies and develop test fits
• Translate design briefs into detailed 3D models and presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience, with 5+ years preferred
• Strong technical skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven record in delivery of IFP and IFC packages
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
