Sr. Backend Software Engineer, Residential & Commercial Energy Experience

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$168,000 - $300,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable applications to support the entire residential & commercial energy experience.
• Troubleshoot & resolve application issues.
• Design and build scalable & efficient APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Work with different database engines to manage & optimize design model schema.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new modules.
• Utilize AI-powered assistants to streamline automation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in C# or Golang.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with event streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with Python and AI modules.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
