Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a team of design engineers; manage product development from initial requirements to factory launch.
  • Drive execution of projects optimizing cost and performance.

  • Establish design tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Recruit and develop talent, manage performance, and nurture team culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 8 years of technical experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong engineering principles and experience in high-volume manufacturing.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to team management.
