Sr. Infrastructure Program Manager

This role is based in Austin, Texas.

What you'll do:

• Owns plan of record, scope definition, and execution for onsite/offsite infrastructure programs.
• Manage factory scoping efforts and drive technical planning.
• Communicate with major stakeholders on schedule, budget, and risks.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for Tesla processes.
• Lead factory infrastructure team without direct reports.

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Center and industrial projects.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
