Sr. Instructional Designer, Energy Training

This role is based in Hayward, California.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $144,000/year

What you'll do:

• Develop online training modules for energy service information.
• Support creation of engaging technical content and lab exercises.
• Manage learner training tracking in Tesla's Learning Management system.
• Deliver equipment-specific training to Field Technicians and Engineers.

What you'll bring:

• Experience with Articulate/Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia.
• Practical experience in industrial technical maintenance/engineering.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of electrical fundamentals and service best practices.
