Compensation:
$136,000 - $294,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CMMS and Construction Management Systems.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Production Support teams.
- Design and deploy user-centric solutions leveraging automation and AI.
- Translate customer pain points into scalable product features.
- Use data and feedback to refine the platform continuously.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, focusing on manufacturing systems.
- Experience with CMMS and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
- Effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
