This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$136,000 - $264,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the Should Costing platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering and data science teams to design and implement predictive cost models.
  • Define and track key product metrics.
  • Stay current on market trends in raw materials and cost estimation methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of product management or technical product work.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with structured data.
  • Familiarity with product structures, BOMs, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Exposure to AI/ML techniques used in predictive modeling.
