What you'll do:

  • Define and champion the product vision and strategy for residential energy software experiences.
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and improve the product experience.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Use agile methodologies to manage the software development lifecycle.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and use data-driven insights for decision-making.

What you'll bring:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years managing software products in a technical environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, including SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with distributed systems and REST APIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven culture.
