Sr. Product Manager, Insurance Purchasing & Policy

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$112,000 - $264,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Design user-centric solutions leveraging automation and AI.
• Translate customer pain points into scalable product features.
• Write product requirements and collaborate with engineering and design.
• Use data and feedback to refine the platform.
• Adapt workflows to diverse regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of P&C experience, with 5+ years in personal lines insurance.
• Degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Technical skills with SQL, Mongo, or similar tools.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
