Sr. Recruiter, Manufacturing Engineering

This role is based in Sparks, Nevada, with potential alternative locations in Buffalo, NY or Lathrop, CA.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with business leaders to assess talent requirements and advise on hiring strategies.
• Manage time and resources efficiently while keeping business partners informed.
• Use creative techniques to attract passive talent.
• Conduct thorough behavioral interviews and phone screens.
• Ensure a great candidate experience.

What You'll Bring:

• High volume, technical recruiting experience managing 25+ requisitions.
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience in recruiting engineers or skilled roles in manufacturing.
• Proven track record in full cycle recruiting.
• Ability to lead projects to successful conclusions.
