Sr. Software Engineer, Backend, Factory Software

This role is based in Buffalo, New York.

Compensation:

$126,000 - $189,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code for manufacturing challenges.
• Lead end-to-end projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Bridge communication between factory equipment and high-level services.
• Mentor engineers and uphold software craftsmanship standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience (6+ preferred).
• Experience with languages like Go, Java, C++, or Rust.
• Understanding of backend development fundamentals and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies and modern frameworks.
