Sr. Staff Software Engineer, Backend, Factory Software

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$240,000 - $360,000/year

What you'll do:

• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code for manufacturing challenges
• Lead end-to-end projects from requirements to deployment
• Bridge communication between factory equipment and MES services
• Mentor engineers and maintain software craftsmanship standards
• Tackle problems across the stack, ensuring data consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Experience with languages like Go, Java, C++, or Rust
• Understanding of backend development, SQL databases, and security
• Familiarity with frontend technologies and modern frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and leadership experience
