Sr. Technical Program Manager, Balance of Plant, Commercial Service

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$112,000 - $253,200/year

What you'll do:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive framework for the Balance of Plant (BOP) program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with BOP equipment.
• Lead new processes to support BOP program goals.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in program management and operations.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
