Sr. Technical Program Manager, Cell Factory Development Engineering

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$96,800 - $217,200/year

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the master schedule for equipment and labs for the pilot space.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize pilot factory requirements.
• Oversee pilot factory designs and ensure they meet technical and operational needs.
• Develop and track budgets and timelines for pilot factory initiatives.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks to streamline development.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in pilot factory design.
• Hands-on experience with factory layouts and process development.
• Outstanding communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data acquisition and analysis.
