Sr. Technical Program Manager, Field Service Workflows, Supercharging

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$112,000 - $217,200/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage all field service processes and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Own configuration and validation of service logic for repair operations.
• Lead root cause analysis for field performance issues.
• Create and document the end-to-end service lifecycle for charging assets.
• Maintain a prioritized list of activities requiring support from other teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in program management or related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of repair processes for complex technical hardware.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
