Compensation:

$112,000 - $253,200/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key liaison between Operations, Service Engineering, and other teams to prioritize activities and facilitate change management.
  • Evaluate and optimize service readiness and performance metrics across the fleet.
  • Develop and manage workflows for service operations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of processes through data analysis.
  • Independently manage multiple high-impact projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in technical program management or related field.
  • Strong technical understanding of large-scale energy systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
