This role is based in Sparks, Nevada.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the cross-functional team to ensure successful launches of new products.
  • Lead core team meetings to coordinate prototype builds and evaluate constraints.
  • Drive material readiness with supply chain teams.
  • Perform cost analyses to reduce product costs.
  • Coordinate with Process and Quality Engineers for new product rollouts.

What you'll bring:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in R&D, production, or manufacturing.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and quality control.
  • Hands-on experience with cell technology or battery manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication skills to manage large teams.
