Sr. Technical Program Manager, Remote Charging Service

This role is based in Fremont, California with options to sit in Austin, TX, or Buffalo, NY.

Compensation:

$112,000 - $253,200/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional collaboration, facilitating issue resolution and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain high standards for remote service processes.
• Drive efficiencies in remote service delivery and improve key performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in program management or related field.
• Experience with SQL and complex technical systems.
