This role is based in Austin, Texas.

What you'll do:

  • Map out and lead initiatives to assess and control manufacturing defects.
  • Improve manufacturing processes from raw materials to finished products.
  • Establish KPIs and drive continuous risk reduction.
  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving meetings.
  • Mentor and develop the Cell organization.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
  • Experience with lithium-ion cells or high reliability products preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
