Compensation:

$130,320 - $227,880/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage program schedules, critical paths, and technology risks.
  • Communicate key development updates and risks to cross-functional teams and executives.
  • Identify and overcome obstacles to meet deadlines.
  • Create and maintain schedules for manufacturing projects.
  • Coordinate build milestones with various teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering and project management.
  • Experience with capital equipment systems valued between $1M-$25M.
  • Proven ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
