Staff Technical Program Manager, New Product Introduction, Energy Products

This role is based in Brookshire, Texas.

What you'll do:

• Manage the cross functional team to ensure successful launches of new products
• Lead build core team meetings to coordinate all aspects of prototype builds
• Drive material readiness with supply chain and material planning teams
• Own product roadmaps and perform cost analyses

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in Engineering and Project Management
• Experience in production/manufacturing environments
• Strong communication skills

Travel:

This position requires 90% travel to the Bay Area (CA) for the first 6-12 months.
