Staff Technical Program Manager, New Product Introduction, Energy Products

This role is based in Brookshire, Texas, with 90% travel to the Bay Area (CA) for early builds and validation support.

What you'll do:

• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches of new products.
• Lead build core team meetings to coordinate all aspects of prototype builds.
• Drive material readiness with supply chain and material planning teams.
• Mentor junior team members.

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Engineering and Project Management.
• Experience in production/manufacturing environments.
• Strong executive-level communication skills.
