What to Expect:

The START program is designed for those with existing automotive experience, combining in-class theory, hands-on labs, and self-paced learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week to training, including service center shadowing.
  • Engage in instructor-led training to understand Tesla vehicles.
  • Collaborate in a team environment during lab and lecture activities.
  • Prioritize safety and maintain organization.
  • Handle multiple priorities and meet weekly curriculum objectives.
  • Maintain a professional rapport with instructors.

Requirements:

  • Must pass training sessions with an 80% or higher GPA.
  • Willingness to relocate after program completion.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a safety-first attitude.
