START Service Technician (Spring 2026)

This role is based in Huntersville, North Carolina.

What you'll do:

• Dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week to training, including active participation in service center shadowing.
• Engage in instructor-led training to develop a comprehensive understanding of Tesla vehicles.
• Collaborate within a team environment during both lab and lecture activities.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to established protocols.
• Maintain organization by ensuring proper tooling management.
• Effectively handle multiple priorities and meet weekly curriculum objectives.

What you’ll bring:

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
