START Service Technician (Summer 2026)

This role is based in Shoreline, Washington.

Compensation:

$28.50/hour

What you'll do:

• Participate in 40 hours/week of training, including service center shadowing.
• Engage in instructor-led training on Tesla vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members during lab and lectures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and manage tools effectively.
• Meet weekly curriculum objectives and deadlines.

What you'll bring:

• Pass training sessions with a minimum score of 80%.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and valid driver's license required.
