START Technician, Pathway

This position is based in Santa Clara, California, and is part of an 8-week hybrid training program designed for those with limited automotive experience.

Compensation:

$25.00/hour + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week to training, including virtual and onsite support.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Tesla vehicles and basic hand tools.
• Maintain a 100% attendance throughout the program.

Requirements:

• Must pass training sessions with a score of 85% or higher.
• Willingness to relocate for job placement after program completion.
• Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license required.
