Compensation:

$128,000 - $234,000/year

What you'll do:

• Lead the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process for camera modules.
• Identify and onboard suppliers for high-performance camera modules.
• Drive strategic negotiations on piece pricing and product development.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define specifications for camera systems.
• Conduct market research on camera module technologies.
• Implement sourcing strategies aligned with Tesla’s vision for autonomous driving.
• Spearhead cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality.

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management focused on camera modules.
• Background in sourcing camera module assemblies for autonomous vehicles.
• Excellent negotiation skills and analytical mindset.
• Strong understanding of camera module design and assembly processes.
