Supply Chain Manager, Closures & Mechatronics

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$104,000 - $192,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Manage RFQs and contracts, ensuring proper documentation.
• Negotiate pricing and tooling to meet quality standards.
• Develop category management strategies and monitor industry trends.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain or commodity management.
• Understanding of mechanical/electrical engineering concepts.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
