Supply Chain Manager, Electromechanical

This role is based in Palo Alto, California.

Compensation:

$104,000 - $234,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Own the RFx process and lead negotiations with manufacturing partners.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams for product launches.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with supply chain objectives.
• Assess global supply chain risks and create contingency plans.
• Manage contracts and supplier performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement in electromechanical or electronics manufacturing.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
