Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process for camera modules and integrated components.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for high-performance camera modules.
  • Drive strategic negotiations on piece pricing and product development with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to define specifications for camera systems.
  • Conduct market research on camera module technologies.
  • Develop sourcing strategies aligned with Tesla’s vision for autonomous driving.
  • Spearhead cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, focusing on image sensors or camera components.
  • 3+ years focus on Image Sensors.
  • Experience with advanced process nodes and fabrication techniques for CMOS.
  • Hands-on experience with pixel array architectures and sensor calibration.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and analytical mindset.
